I have to log out and in everytime I want to see Cortex Cloud!
This is a BIG issue that have to be solved.
I’m on Mac Sonoma Safari.

What problem are you referring to?
I get an error when I try to see the cortex cloud page in Safari. Then to see it I have to first logout and then login to see the page. This happen everytime I go to the cortex cloud page.

It says “Oops an error!” Then the whole page turns black!
I can’t see any content on the page.

This is the browser error message: [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 () (home_feed, line 0)

I wrote to NDSP Support this morning to see if they have any info on this issue. It has been happening for me too, on all browsers. The behavior is recent, maybe since one of the last updates. We’ll see what their response is.
For now, you have to go to the main NDSP site, log out, log back in, go back to the Cloud site and it should work.
Support says no one else has reported this issue yet, but that they’ll look into it.
Might help if anyone experiencing this issue could report it to support.
Now I have informed them that I have the same issue.

works with my old iMac OS12.6.9 and safari
it stays logged in after closing it and reopening again?
No that’s the problem. every time I have to log out and login to see the content after closing.

works ok at work as well MacOS13.6 and safari
