Cortex Cloud don’t work on Safari on Mac. Only gets 401 server error.
Has anyone at Neural seen this?!

Last time I used on a MAC, it worked as usual. I can’t test currently but it was working a few weeks ago.
It hasn’t worked on Chrome for a long time on my machine. I get an Oops something went wrong message.
I’m logged into it from my Mac running MacOs14 on both Safari and Chrome using the latest versions of each without issue.
Try logging in from a private/inprivate window to rule out any cached data or extension conflict.

I am currently on PC and validated no issues with Chrome, Edge and Firefox accessing the cloud etc.
Working find on Safari and Chrome on OS 13.5

Firefox gives me the OOPS error too, but if I go to the NDSP main site and log-out/log-in the Cloud page will start working again

I logged back in on the Neural mainpage and Chrome is working again. Thanks!

I just tried it and it works fine. I’m running the latest version of Mac iOS Ventura with Safari. Check to see if something changed in your settings that could block you from logging in (Virus protection, etc.)
The log out login solved the problem!
