Not sure if this has been requested before, but it would be great if we can have effect blocks to be able to turn them on and off with midi commands and not just the footswitches.
Scenario 1:
Let’s say you have 12 effects that you wanna switch on and off at any given time, but you have only 10 footswitches, it would be great if we can assign the other two effects on an external midi footswitch. On the screen that the effect waits for a footswitch to be pressed, why not also wait for a midi command?
Scenario 2:
Since the QC is so powerful, we can actually use 2 rows for one guitar, assign 5-10 effects with the footswitches, and then another 2 rows for a second guitarist, who would be able to control his effects with an external midi controller! Why not?
1 effect unit for 2 guitarists! Maybe the second guitarist likes the sounds and then buys their own
