After installing the Gojira archetype, a terrible background noise appeared. It seemed like the grounding had come loose. Whatever I did, nothing helped to remove the noise. The background noise was removed only by a hard reset of all settings. Then I purchased and installed the Soldano archetype, and the background noise problem returned!!! I had to do a hard reset again to get rid of the noise. If this happens with all initially installed archetypes, then find and solve this problem. A hard reset solves the problem, but it also deletes all my developed presets and preferences, and this is not very good and convenient.

Send a ticket to support. Be prepared to be much more detailed and send them a video (they’ll ask for it). Good luck!

aren’t you backing up your QC? You can create b’up files that include ALL your user data and settings, and restore that after a reset. And/Or you can upload your individual presets and captures for selectively restoring

yes. creating a backup is really useful. i have this device for only two weeks and i am still new to this. thank you very much
