I want to connect the QC to my interface…Output 1/2 XLR, what cable do i need ? XLR -mono Jack or is it XLR to TRS Jack?

either one will be fine (only advantage of TRS is it might give you a balanced signal, if your interface input is also balanced- this might help reduce noise).
If you want stereo signal you’ll have to pan the inputs on your external interface
