Just bought a nano cortex, downloaded app but won’t let me open account, just getting ‘Unexpected response format’.
No uppercase in my email as i’ve seen that can be a problem. Is there a problem with server as i’ve heard this can be a problem for account registration? I’ve cleared cache etc.

Hasn’t been any issues that I am aware of. I have been on/off the cloud all day today and saw no issues or any related posts.

I looked at their other socials and haven’t seen any other reports. Other than uninstalling, clearing cache and reinstalling etc., If you continue to have issues with your app and or registering, please email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log and provide resolution.
Are you sitting closer to your WiFi. Like the moderator said they can tell u once you put in an order or whatever they can see your email and if you’re messing something up, I was I was typing one little thing wrong.
