Hi,
a few days ago I wanted to upgrade my Cali plugin to 2.0.0. Unfortunatly I deactivated the license in the iLok License Manager. Ever since (and after installing the new plugin version and updating the iLok software) I wasn’t able to activate it again. I have the serial number which is not accepted in the activation process (Message: “The code redemption limit has been reached. Please press Cancel to enter a different code.”). Can anybody help me with this problem? I couldn’t find any solution online so far.
