boot issues with Windows 11

CorOS Version: 3.1.0

Describe your issue: When QC ubs is connected to my computer, it takes 3-4 attemps to get Windows 11 to boot. And when it does finally boot, it takes a long time. If I disconnect the USB, the computers boots every time on the first try. Just thought yuo should know . . . Also, when QC is plugged into the computer, when it finally boots, I get an error message saying that the USB connect was not recognized. I did not have these isasues with Windows 10. Sigh.
When I do x, y happens

Steps to reproduce your issue:

  1. Step 1
  2. Step 2
  3. Step 3

I expected this to happen:
When I do x, I expect y to happen
When I leave the device connected to the computer, I expect to be able to boot the computer on the first try and have QC fully functional.

I have tried the following things:

  • I have tried plugging and unplugging QC then attempting to boot the computer,
  • Checked driver version: v5.58.0. Windows 11 is up to date.

Thanks for an otherwise great product!

I haven’t heard of anyone having boot/compatibility issues between QC/W11 as of current. We run a few W11 PC’s and none have had issues with connecting to anything via USB including the QC. Are you by chance using a USB hub? If so, is it powered? Are you using a stock OEM PS? What does your event viewer indicate for the failed boot attempts? I would try removing and re-installing the most current NDSP ASIO driver and if you still have issues, please email support@neuraldsp.com so they can assist you in resolving your issues.
