Bogner Ecstasy capture question

Seems like there are 3 types of captures for this amp:

  1. Preamp only (labeled as “Ch1, Ch2, and Ch3”)
  2. Power amp only (labeled as “OLD,” “NEW,” “VAR,” etc.)
  3. Pre + Power (labeled as “Ch1, Ch2, and Ch3”)

I have two questions:

  1. For the Pre + Power captures, based solely on the naming, I assume that the power amp settings are static throughout these captures and the only thing that changes is the preamp channel/settings? If so, does anyone know what the power amp settings are for these captures?
  2. I had assumed that since 1 is preamp only and 2 is power amp only, then having two blocks for 1 running into 2 would result in a complete amp, similar to (3) the pre + power captures, but with more tweakability… however, this sounds like garbage, so I am second guessing if that is how it works. The pre-only and power-only honestly sound great on their own, but the moment I run a pre-only into a power-only, it sounds so bad that I can only assume that is not how this works.

if the cloud captures don’t include the settings data you need, I’d check with Support@neuraldsp.com
Even if they don’t have it available, it’ll at least let them know it’s wanted

The ecstasy models are in the neural captures. There’s a whole list of different settings.

search ‘bogna’ here: (I’m not seeing separate Power Amp settings though)

The ones I’m talking about are from neural in version 2. Maybe I’m misunderstanding. I’ll let someone else hopefully jump in.

there aren’t any V2 Bogna factory captures, only V1
