hi. Which one is more suitable for neuraldsp plugin?

is DSP chipset inside the audio Interface important?

Typically you get what you pay for. You can research the specs on each interface and look at reviews etc., but essentially the smaller interfaces work the same way and offer various different functionality between the models. Both would work well for most simple home applications so it comes down to what I/O you need and or plan for in the future. I used to use an Apogee Jam for mobile applications then eventually moved on to Presonus and other vendors for more advanced needs.

That being said, I believe the UA interface is bundled with additional free plug-ins which may be an incentive as well depending on your needs. Both companies are well known and respected decently so it just depends on what works best for you.
