How to deactivate archetypes on the neural quad cortex ?

What are you trying to achieve by “deactivating” the plugins?
Do you have any plugins unlocked on your QC? If not, there is nothing to deactivate. You just don’t use the blocks.

The Plugins are linked to the account you use on your QC.
Do you want to sell your QC , but keep the Computer Plugins ? If ‘Yes’ , the easiest way is to ‘Factory Reset’ your Quad Cortex (CAUTION: You’ll loose everything on your QC , as it will be reset ‘as if your received it from the factory’ ! If you want to keep your QC , don’t do this !)

Otherwise, please give more info on why you’ll want to do this.

I’m just wondering in case I want to sell my quad cortex and keep the archetypes.

Ok, so, before selling your QC , simply ‘Factory Reset’ it , it will erase everything specific to you, and reset it.

Check pages 14 & 15 in the Quad Cortex 3.2 Manual (search ‘Factory Reset’ otherwise)

You can also take a full cloud backup of your QC - so if/when you return to it. You have your presets available!

NDSP is super amazing with cloud implementations.
