I need help! anytime I don’t have my archetype plugin window open and on my screen It immediately starts crackling like crazy. But as soon as I have the window of the amp sim off of my screen for some reason it stops crackling. This has never happened to me before is there a fix for this???
Usually interference like crackling is due to incorrect sample size or outside interference such as LED lights etc. I would state all your specifics such as which interface you are using, what OS/version etc. Also make sure if you are using a hub that it’s powered.

I am using a focusrite solo 3rd gen and windows 11, Ive tried in the past to change the sample size but I still get a crackling noise. But the thing is I get no crackling and clear sound when I have the plugin open in front of me but when I minimize it from my screen it gets this horrible crackling sound.
I fixed the problem, I went into settings, system, Power and then changed power mode to best performance. It seems to have fixed the problem.
