Anyone captured decent metallica tone on this that they can share ?

I tried to get close to Metallicaā€™s current tone, which over the years has pushed more towards single note clarity over sheer heaviness. I quite like it, thereā€™s a real beef and chainsaw quality to some of the riffs on 72 Seasons, although the discussion seems to fly over many YouTube commentersā€™ heads. Chugging on this present wonā€™t be crushing, but it will be tight (and it loves an F# powerchord, believe me)

I got the presets but i would like to know something.

The presents are named:

  • 1(m1)
  • 2(m2)
  • 3(m3)
  • 4(m4)

and so one, what tunings are these?

Not sure if this belongs here. Please point me in the right direction if not (I also plan to cross-post on discord).

Is there any way to use MIDI to control the TAP TEMPO in the delay pedal?
The TAP stomp switch doesnā€™t seem to have a MIDI map available. The available controls in the plugin appear to the tempo itself, which could be controlled by a CC, but I want to use the ā€œtapā€ function on my pedalboard.

It supposedly can be synced to the the DAW tempo, but thatā€™s not what I want, because that affects the recording itself. I just want to be able to tap the tempo into the pedal.

It doesnā€™t even have to be MIDI, I could make my MIDI pedalboard send a keyboard press, for example. But I think the root of the issue is that the TAP stomp switch doesnā€™t seem to be linkable to any controls at all.

A workaround could be to use a CC pedal to control the TIME knob, or the TAP TEMPO setting as I mentioned above. But thatā€™s not really what Iā€™m looking to do.

Not sure if this is for this thread but Iā€™m kinda troubled lately by this issue Iā€™m having and any help would be much apricated. So, I tried to make a preset for a song Iā€™m covering (well actually i used an already existing preset and just altered it a bit) and when I tried to save said preset I always get the same message:

I did everything that the message suggest and yet the issue was not solved. If anyone has any tip on this please lend me a hand. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have downloaded this preset but how does it work? Have I to put in the user folder and use as normal preset? And, if I use and then I want to save my settings, will the preset remain in the new file?

Any kind soul was able to make a preset similar-ish to Deftones?
