The pull deep is what makes it sound so unique and would complete a lot of folk’s setup with this model. The JP2C Rhythm channel is great for the iic+ but the iic++ mod is so special and unique in its sounds!
Either the amp model or plugin compatibility on QC would be great!
All plug-ins are supposed to become compatible with the QC eventually. This includes the Mesa Mark IIC+ plug-in. It’s just taking a long time to implement.
Well aware of all of that–it’s my top favorite NDSP plug-in and the one I’m looking forward to the most for PCOM.
EDIT 4/22/2026
I made the comment “This request should not have been made in the first place” in this thread based on the previous information we were given about X updates. It’s more complicated now:
No idea if or when Mesa is getting an official X update so, go ahead and vote I guess. I’ll add mine.
Post deleted etc., Reminder to keep posts on topic and avoid personal attacks.
If someone doesn’t agree with something, be courteous and explain your position. Otherwise, avoid the conflict and or move on to another subject/thread of interest.
Unless someone works for NDSP and has internal knowledge, stop making assumptions on when something may or may not be released.
I just want to say that I always appreciate the input of @DiffractionCircuit , he’s very knowledgeable about a lot of aspects of the QC and plugins, and also about electrical engineering in general. I’ve gotten some great info from him over the past couple of years.
Now, subsequent to Neural’s announcement this week, they’ve made a change to how the plugins are tagged on the website. They are listed as Compatible, Soon, To Be Confirmed, or Desktop Only. How soon is Soon? Anybody’s guess!
