If I capture my full rig amp+cab/mic when I disable the cab section will it sounds/feel as good as just capturing the amp head by itself? I plan on using the capture into a power stage power amp and into my 2x12 cab. I want to be able to use this live and at home. For home I want to have the amp+cab/mic. I bought the Behringer Ultra-G GI100 to capture the amp head but I wasnt sure if I needed to do this or not.
why not both? also, how would you disable the cab in the capture? i don’t think the nano is able to. you could also just capture the amp and use an ir

You cannot separate amp/cab that is captured together. Capture the amp and find a comparable IR for the cab/speaker

Perfect thank you!! The nano is on backorder. I wanted to make sure I had everything ready when it gets here. Thanks everyone!
