Yesterday, while doing a soundcheck with my Neural DSP Nano Cortex pedal, it gave an error message saying I needed to contact the manufacturer. After that, all my presets and tones were wiped! I was completely lost and had to quickly create a few tones to continue. It was a terrible experience. There must be a way to back up and restore our tones!
