Looking ahead, not out of specific personal interest but minding the sound engineers, mixers and producers:
Visual sound wave graph; monitoring analyses graphic colour coded layers of different active effects levels on the same screen. Switchable to scroll through the individual effect graphs.

Maybe in some distant future? Possibly just in the desktop version, delegating to and drawing on the computer’s/smartphone’s etc. power?

Now I completely understand that in effect, the capture process will match an EQ source. However, it is a standalone feature that does not allow you to match a current signal to a reference signal, but rather seeks to recreate a sound from scratch. Good idea. An underlying RTA in the EQs would be very helpful. Best switchable, because you only need it to set the EQ and switching it off after this would save CPU consumption.
