True Feedback Control in Looper X

I’d love if we had a true feedback control for the Looper X. This is a setting (usually mapped to an expression pedal) that will allow a loop to fade as it plays or overdubs. If a loop was set to 90% feedback, then every repeat would decrease in volume 10%. It would take 10 repeats for it to go away. Now, where this gets useful is that you can continue to add to the loop while old layers die off. It is a great tool for improvisation providing constantly changing loops. My original looping devices were Oberheim Echoplex Pros, which were one of the last commercially available loopers to have this (back in the late 90s).

Welcome. We do have a few requests for a decay feature in the looper already, though they haven’t gathered much attention. Check these out:

Welcome! Please remember to utilize the search function prior to submitting new Feature Requests.

In the meantime, thanks to @DiffractionCircuit for providing the existing requests.

This will help in reducing duplicate requests and more admin work. We are trying to merge existing same requests but its taking some time to get done. Thanks!
