Anyone see improvement on capture? Or is it not yet applied in 3.0?
I don’t think they’ve really made clear entirely what role TINA will be playing. It may be used for future stock amp models and such. I don’t think it’s incorporated in the QC for user captures. Regardless, I’m pretty sure it’s too early to have anything in our hands made by TINA.

It has nothing to do with the “Neural Capture” technology in the Quad Cortex.
TINA is just a data collection robot which captures permutations of the dials of an amp.
NDSP uses the collected data set to train the amp models (like the ones already included in the QC already ie. Kraken, Friedman etc.) and hopefully come out with new models, whether in the QC or in plugin form, faster than they have been able to deliver so far.
