The supplied IR is invalid

I am trying to load some IRs and I get the message, “The supplied IR is invalid:” with a little yellow triangle.

These are IRs I made with a program, which just takes existing IRs and mixes them together.

The IRs are 24 bit 48K mono

I have tried uploading to the cloud and directly into Cortex Control with the same results.

Cortex Control just says loading error.

I have no problem loading these IRs into my Fractal, Helix, NAM, or Ampero.

Does anyone know why this would be happening?

I was having issues with some IR files that I uploaded due to some character issues with the file name. To see if this is the case for you with your files try renaming one of them to howAboutNow.wav or something dead simple like that.

Thanks, that worked using Cortex Control!!!

I named the 1.wav, 2.wav, etc and they wouldn’t load,

when I changed the name they loaded without any problem ,

But I still get the invalid message when trying to load

in the cloud, and I have tried multiple browsers..
