Quad cortex not receiving Neural Plugins

Hi! My quad cortex has four amp suites on it and the Gojira archetype.

I downloaded the Cali Fortin and Mesa Mark 2 suites and have active licenses for them. They show up in my ilok account but have not transferred to my quad cortex.

I’ve tried everything. Cannot get them to go to the Quad cortex. The Cortex Connect and Quad operating systems have been updated too.

Anyone got any words of insight?

They are not available/compatible with the QC yet.

You can see on the NDSP site which are available and which are coming soon.

Note the “PCOM” labels

The amp suites that the QC shows on it are the only ones that are actually compatible with the unit. A few others are supposed to be compatible at some point. I don’t think either the Cali or Mesa have ever been announced to be ported to the QC though.
