QC Mini noise issues?

Not sure if you solved this, but I had a similar issue with the OG QC. More info:

Connecting the QC to a plugged-in Macbook (Via USB) didn’t work for me, but connecting it via USB to a Windows Laptop, which in turn was plugged-in with a 3 prong power supply connector, did the trick for me. In case this helps.
