Plugin presets not showing up in Cortex Control

Describe your issue:
When I navigate to the plugin presets section on Cortex Control, I do not see any presets for the Archetype Gojira plugin that I have on my Quad Cortex. It shows up on my device, but does not show up in Cortex Control. All I see is one preset: “Default”.

Steps to reproduce your issue:

  1. Open Cortex Control with QC connected to it.
  2. Click on plugin presets on the left side.
  3. No presets show. Only “Default”.

I expected this to happen:
When I click on plugin presets, I expect to see all the presets that come with the plugin.

I have tried the following things:

  • I have tried power cycling the unit.
  • I have tried rebooting my computer.

Did you try the refresh buton on the plugins page. That worked for me.

it doesn’t show any subfolders under the Archetype main folder?
You have to open that top folder by clicking the small arrow next to it to show the other preset folders

Thanks for taking the time to help a noob. Somewhat inexplicably, the presets are now showing. I didn’t hit the refresh button or look for a folder, they just showed up. Earlier, all I saw was an option for “default”.
