NOT SHOWING USER FOLDER

I’m trying to import a preset from my Archetype: Gojira X plugin, and when I open the plugin folders in the Plugin Presets tab it doesn’t show that folder.

  1. Open directory
  2. Plugin Preset
  3. Open folders on Archetype: Gojira X
  4. Show all folders except “User”

When i open the folders on the Archetype: Gojira X i expected to show 4 folders; Gojira, Artist Neural DSP and User. but only show the factory ones. I tried restarting the Quad cortex, reconnecting the usb cable, updating the QC, reinstalling Cortex Control and nothing has fixed it. I also tried to copy my plugins to one of the three factory folders, but it doesn’t show them either.

the plugins cannot import User Presets yet.
Tomorrow that will change, apparently

what isn’t working for you? I just successfully imported several.
Did you update CoCo too?
