As each issue is likely different for everyone etc., it would be beneficial to email support@neuraldsp.com to log and resolve your issue.
My unit returned back yesterday, I tried and I have no noise, also updated to the CorOS 2.0 and looks nice. Let’s see over the week how it behaves.

Hey, they said they had to replace the connector board. Been working fine since I got it back and I think turnaround was around 2 weeks from sending to receiving it back.
