thats a crazy amount of work for something that should be accessible anyway
I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (free). Then just open the pdf manual from Neural in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Go to ‘File’ → ‘Save as Text’ (you can append ‘Text’ or whatever to the save name if you want).
Open your saved text version of the manual in Word, Notepad, or any app that can handle a text doc. You might find the text version of the manual close enough for rock & roll to print as it is. As long as you don’t need to print images.
If you need to do further editing of text or background color, you can do it in Word or the like.
Granted not near as useful as what you are requesting as it lacks images and comprehensive formatting, but this might give you a limited reference in the interim.
In Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (free) , a (not perfect) option could be to use the ‘Accessibility’ options to invert the text and background color…
Of course, it won’t work for pictures, but for text documents it could be useful…

I’d just like to point out that a lot of useful information has been covered on the official NDSP support page: Quad Cortex
It includes lists of amps, captures, cabs, effects and instructions for different topics, such as capturing, etc. The pages have a white background and may cover most or all of the relevant information, you would want to print out.
Interestingly, it also includes printer friendly images of the grid with white background which are not just inverted screenshots:
Hi, does someone succeed to do this ? I personnaly didn’t …
Please share it with us for the people (like me) how didn’t succeed to do it !!
Thanks in advance
it only half works
I’m not sure to understand what you mean but if you or other people succeed to do it (even half) it really interest me cause i didn’t succeed at all
I’m probably not the only one so if someone can share it, it would be very kind
I made one black-on-white printer-friendly version of 2.0 manual. It’s not perfect but way more savy for those who wanna print it.
can u update the download link? it´s expired
Same 2.0 manual, with most pages inverted.
Newer WeTransfer link to PDF: WeTransfer - Send Large Files & Share Photos Online - Up to 2GB Free
thank you friend, from the download most pages are still in black background, just the images are white , is this correct?
@Dali - thank you very much! Much easier to read like that. And it’s a shame users must perform such inversion, as manuals are not provided for daylight reading and printing (NDSP is so “manly and metal tough”, outch).
@Cheems - all the pages are white. Some of them contain tables, which background could not be inverted. Those you see as black.
Best!
it shows me every page like this (black background , many images inverted) but even the plain text few ones have black background so idk
I don’t get it ??? Every time I download this file, no matter which of a dozen programs I use to view it, it is still white text on a black background ???
damn thats weird
Can someone post the actual inverted file?
it´s on the above post by Dali, but for some reason we are not able to see it inverted
I checked that link but appears you have to sign up to access.
the link has expired. WeTransfer shares have a limited lifetime. Somebody has to re-upload it, maybe in a more permanent way
