Input gates disengage

Describe your issue:
When pasting a MiniVoice module in row 1 (68% CPU) the 4 input gates all disengage and cannot be turned on.

Steps to reproduce your issue:

  1. Step Paste MiniVoice
  2. Step 2
  3. Step 3

I expected this to happen:
I expect to receive a warning regarding the gates if there is insufficient CPU to accommodate the new module. I have seen the warning indicator post-insertion.

I have tried the following things:
Instantiating a module directly, rather than pasting
