I’ve started having a new issue making V2 captures that I’m curious if anyone else has experienced it or found a solution for it. I made a few captures already using it, but I seem to now be stuck where I can’t make a new one and I keep getting error code 0 when it goes into the recording phase of the capture after the calibration check. I’ve reset both the quad cortex and cortex control and unplugged and re-plugged it in to try and clear the error. I still have storage left on the device. The signal level seem fine. I’m out of ideas.
One last update, I got the error consistently again. Here’s what it looks like. Allegedly, there’s a 40 per day cap for V2 captures, but I got this after 7 today. I got it after 6 the other day when I got the same error, and was able to do 8 a different time before that. I think this could still be a server-side issue or they’re setting the limit much lower.
