Hey everyone,
After updating my Quad Cortex to CorOS 4.1.0, I noticed that Cortex Control 4.0.1 is not compatible with the new firmware. The software throws this message:
“Cortex Control version 4.0.1 does not support CorOS version 4.1.0. To resolve this issue, make sure both the Cortex Control app and the connected Quad Cortex device are up to date.”
Since 4.1.0 is the latest CorOS release, I’m wondering when we can expect an updated version of Cortex Control that supports it.
Is there an ETA for the matching software update?

Just wanted to follow up on my earlier post about the Cortex Control version mismatch with CorOS 4.1.0.
Thanks to everyone who replied and offered feedback — I appreciate the help.
The solution was simple:
Download the most current version of Cortex Control from the Neural DSP downloads page, install it, and restart the software.

After updating, Cortex Control connects normally to CorOS 4.1.0 with no issues.
