Hey guys! I could use some help. I made my first preset, and saved it to the cortex cloud, but I wanted to tweak the preset so I did and when I tried to save it, there was an error message saying that there are more than one captures with the same name exist on my account. I messaged support and they said to delete the preset, make the same one over from scratch and save that and that didn’t work either. I just want to save this preset but I don’t get why this is happening.
Did you try renaming it? Apparently, you have other profiles set up with the same name as you said.
