Can't route Rows 1,2,3 all to Row 4

Describe your issue:
When I have Rows 1 and 2 running into Row 4, I have no option to run Row 3 into Row 4.

Steps to reproduce your issue:

  1. Set output of Rows 1 & 2 to Row 4
  2. Try to set output of Row 3 to Row 4

I expected this to happen:
Have “Row 4” available as an option for Row 3 output under “Other”

would also like to be able to route row 3 to 4 as well.
