User Manual Broken Link - Cortex Control

Describe your issue:
When I try to open the user manual from the cortex control app, an error appears

Steps to reproduce your issue:

1. Open Cortex Control
2. Bottom right, select “Developed by Neural DSP”
3. Select User Manual from the popup
4. Error appears

I expected this to happen:
When I do click user manual, I expect it to go to the user manual site
