I had the same question.
Ok - while researching another issue, I solved yours like this. Create a new directory (setlist) with the correct name, and copy your presets to the new locations within that directory. Delete the old directory.
No, not ideal if you have a ton of presets to move, but it worked in my situation.
Errata: I am finding out that 11 setlists is the max on my machine. Not certain why that would be the case.
