Can you load presets onto a Nano? The manual doesn’t address this topic and, from what I’m reading on this board, apparently not, only on the Quad. How can that be when presets are promoted constantly when looking at marketing materials.

No, the comments are correct currently. The manual doesn’t address that as it isn’t a feature which is why nobody has NC presets for share or sell. Only the QC supports those features. This is why you ‘won’t’ see any marketing saying otherwise when regarding the NC. The Nano uses captures (no models) which can be sold and shared etc.
