There is an existing request to make Cortex Control compatible with the Nano:

Make the Nano Cortex compatible with Cortex Control

Editing the parameters in the app can be a bit cumbersome. Having the ability to edit via cortex control would be much easier, or allow for manually delete and overwrite values in the app.
