When I connect my nano to the app now I see only what’s on the unit and nothing else. There are no saved items that I saved on the cloud. I am logged in and online. It’s like the app is only partially working. Anyone having that problem? I am on an iPhone. I wanted to make some presets on my QC and use on the nano to work on parts.
I realized you cannot use presets from QC to the nano. But, I still don’t see any captures I saved from the cloud.
Hi! First off, you can’t share presets from Quad to Nano Cortex. If you can’t see the uploaded captures, try clearing the app’s cache and making sure you have the latest version installed. You should see them once the Nano is connected to the app, from the middle menu, and then under “Library” at the top of the app. Hopefully, you can get it sorted, mate! Cheers!
