Try rebooting EVERYTHING including computer (you probably already did, but maybe try again)
Some are reporting that they have to reseat their SD card to get the QC to boot up again.
Others seem to be having USB trouble. Best to report directly to Support in case it’s a squashable bug
I wish cortex control could update within the app instead if having to download it separately
A big ‘+ 1’ on this from me. I also wish you could open Cortex Control WITHOUT having to have your QC plugged in a turned on. 
Maybe set up a feature request for this?
Tested today… boot time improved 5 seconds. I measured with chronometer from pressing the ON button until preset shows up. Before was 50 sec, now 45.
Has anyone else noticed that Cortex Control is now using more CPU than 1.0.0? It’s currently using 10%, whereas before it was at a maximum of 1/2%. Or is it just happening to me?

Yes. My laptop died just the other day during rehearsal. Within 4 hours from 100% to 0%. Normally it never drops below 50%. NDSP really keeps on giving……
