Assistance Ironing Out Tone Disparities in Live Settings

Just as a sidenote. I am not not a big tone tweaker. Basically I need sometimes more warmth and low end because I have a Neck Single Coil Pickup and sometimes I want to fake a Humbucker Neck Sound. I got an Eventide H90 which has a preset called “Leo to Les” with EQ and compression which does that really well.
