Add Wampler Ego to Compressors

Hey,

I can’t seem to nail the Wampler Ego vibe with any of the compressors.
The Jewel is the closest but still too slow on the attack (compared to the Ego on 0 attack).
The 87, Opto, Solid State, VCA don’t have the fatness of the Ego.
The CS3 doesn’t have the blend…
None of them can substitute the Ego.

Hence the feature request…

And, since 2.0.0 (and while waiting for the hot fix) the Jewel mix is not functionning as it should…

NDSP have confirmed that they know about the Jewel compressor issue.
