I’ve been playing guitar since 1970 when my parents sent me off to classical guitar lessons. Now, I play mostly classic rock, rock and roll, country, and blues. I’ve been in several bands over my life time. For the last few years, I’ve not been in a band (I just don’t have time right now to commit to one). But, I still keep my hand in music by hosting an open mic every Friday night. Then, the pandemic hit and all indoor performances died. So, in the warm weather, I set up my 8’x12’ flatbed trailer as a portable stage and I brought the open mic to many locations as a travelling road show. When time frees up, I’ll get back into a band and do some more gigging. Still loving the music after all these years.
