Which Fx block has tape and LoFi fx? Something like this iOS app?
How can I get the random hiss, and lite crackel…and the gentle pull of tape?

no crackle or hiss available presently, but many of us use the WOW and Flutter feature in the Tape Delay; put the feedback at 0 and experiment with the delay times/speeds. Putting it on a parallel lane with the Delay Mix at 100% gives a nice lo-fi signal to blend into your dry tone. You can also use saturation captures from the cloud for some grit/texture/color.
