Where is the Brit 2203 V2 capture?

Not sure what I’m doing wrong here, but I’m on CorOS and Cortex Control 4.0.1 and I’m not finding either the Brit 2203 87 V2 captures or the EV101IIIS EL34 V2 captures which are listed as included with the release of 3.3.0.

I’m looking under FACTORY CAPTURES V2 and not finding them. The only Brit I see is the 10 Brit 1987 captures. And I don’t even see a Brit 1987 listed on the 3.3.0 release notes ?? I do find other V2 captures here that are listed in the release notes. What am I missing here? Thanks!

I believe it is now called Britt 1987. Not sure why they changed the name.

The EVH is called EV101IIIS EL34

Thanks, that would explain it. And I did go back and find the EVH. Not sure how I missed it initially!

They probably changed the capture name because the captured amp is most likely not a 2203 from the year 1987, but instead a jcm800-era 1987 model. The 1987 model was originally the 50W plexi.

This is supported by the capture notes implying it has 4 input holes, two channel volumes and no master volume. The tones of the captures are also more reminiscent of a non-master-volume amp than a typical 22xx-series jcm800.

The 2203 in the name was maybe an internal mistake or miscommunication that they later fixed.

Thanks for the info! BTW, where are you finding these capture notes? I find no reference to ‘notes’ in the manual nor can I find them in CC or QC?

Awesome, thanks!

Is there V1 Metadata version of this type of list?

As far as I know there isn’t. A lot of people griped about that, so I’m sure that’s why Neural made this for the V2 capture set upon release.

EDIT: Disregard what I said here, @xush has the answer.

Thanks!

I’ve been working with the ADA preamp as of late, and it would be nice to know all of the details.

they put all the metadata from the factory V1s in the descriptions on the Cloud; you have to look them up individually, but the info is there.
