What's the lead time for QC right now?

Hello users,
I am a bit confused about the delivery lead time and thought would ask for help here.
What I want to know is:
if I pay right now (pre order) , what is the lead time for getting a QC within US?
Also, it would be fantastic if somebody could lead me to where to pay and pre book?

If you didn’t pre-order direct from NDSP last year, you’ll have to place an order with Sweetwater in the US.

If you did pre-order last year, you’re presumably Tier 2 because all the Tier 1 orders have been invoiced. Tier 2 US orders will be invoiced in the next couple weeks.
