Just tracked a full song and used it as a real-world test of the new V2 capture algorithm. Captured my Bogner Helios through my UAD OX Amp Top Box (speaker + mic emulation side), loaded straight into the Quad Cortex Mini.
The result is honestly the closest I’ve heard a capture get to the real amp — dynamics, touch sensitivity, the way it cleans up when you back off the volume knob, all of it translated way better than previous capture passes I’d done. Whatever changed under the hood with V2, it’s a real, audible jump.
Also worth mentioning: I recorded the whole thing using the Quad Cortex Mini as my audio interface straight into Logic Pro, no external interface needed. Rock solid, zero latency issues, and one less box on the desk — for a compact/portable setup that matters a lot to me.
Video’s here if you want to hear the capture in context: https://youtu.be/WEm5euhPucA?is=hC_-pYF_iW7a2mhj
