# Using a captured OD pedal as a pre-effect

Does anyone know if there is a way to use a captured OD pedal as a pre-effect? I would love to be able to use an amp capture as well as a OD pedal capture simultaneously.

I think that is a very big upgrade if it ever happens since the current signal chain is fixed and pre-effects go before the captures ( amps or pedals ). I’m a programmer myself and I think that may not happen since the hardware design is made according to fixed signal chain. But who knows may be in the future.
