# User captures sharing policies

Again, as I can see - NC users are limited to share captures among each other by strict policy to use Cortex Cloud as a required middleware service. In the past, when the capturing was only an option of NC’s big brother QC, it probably had no reason, but now, considering it as a primary function of NC I would say it’s crucial to give a bit more freedom to share the captures - to upload the captures directly to the pedal.

Ok, I get it clear that I’m able to follow some users, but there’s still no possibility to purchase and use captures from commercial producers without extra moves. I believe, solving this problem leads to more popularity of NC as a profiling platform.
