My USB input is moving like that:
Sometimes when I play connected to computer and unfortunately touch a USB cable, then computer finds error and stops playing.
Is it normal? Should I replace it under warranty? Do you have the same?

Maybe it’s hard to tell from what I can see in the video, but I would say this looks pretty normal.
I just tested 3 of my devices with USB-B jacks and they all have about the same wiggle room that you see in the video.
Also none of them disconnected when I move the USB plug.
If you can force it to disconnect while moving the plug in the QC like that, it may be a hardware problem with the QC and you should get in touch with NDSP support.
But the problem can also be in a faulty USB cable or the USB-A jack on the computer being too loose. So you could first try another cable if you have one and also test if moving on the computer side leads to the disconnect.
