After update 1.3.2 the QC kept a green dot on the screen “update available”, but was working fine. The new 1.3.3 update is found, but it is not possible to install. The menu is disappeared where to start the actual update. Somebody an idea? Got a ticket @Neural, my WIFI is working, connection is checked. Factory reset and restore backup works as expected. ---

Assuming you have already tried rebooting your QC, please contact [support@neuraldsp.com](mailto:support@neuraldsp.com) and they should be able to get you sorted. Otherwise, never seen that issue occur as of current. ---
