Downloaded new platform, downloaded a few of the presets. Go to my Cortex, navigate to downloads page, I see presets I selected on Neural Mobile app, I hit the little icon that looks like a floppy disc, it turns black and then the unit send a cryptic error message and says critical error, must reboot. Does this for more than 5 times now. Help???
I would reach out to email@example.com and they will get you sorted quickly. Sounds like you may need to backup, factory reset and restore if it keeps occurring but support will likely have you send logs for diagnostics.
Neural is working on a new mobile app to go with CorOS 2.0 if my understanding is correct. It could be the app we have now is not compatible?
