Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble using my Quad Cortex because the tempo window keeps popping up, which makes it difficult to use.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there a fix, or is there something wrong with my unit?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 
I was accidentally activating the tempo window when trying to activate the tuner. I found it helpful to swap the tuner and tempo activation within the QC settings (see screenshot below).
I’m not sure if this is your situation, or if the tempo screen is popping up completely on its own. If it pops up when you’re not touching the QC and you have no MIDI devices connected, then you may want to contact NDSP support.
